Dy Collector to face music if land partition not disposed in 90 days

The government would take action against the deputy collector if he does not resolve the issue of land partition within 90 days, or 3 months.
The concerned rules of land holdings would be amended to make this rule effective. Revenue Minister Rohan Khaunte has announced this in the Assembly on Thursday.
The issue was raised byNuvem MLAWilfred D’sa. Rohan said
the procedure of land partition has already been simplified, just like
mutation.
