3-tier security ring protecting EVMs: Mohanan

North Goa Collector Nila Mohanan has however said that all the EVMs and VVPAT machines are kept in the strong in strict compliance of the Election Commission of India
She said there is a three-tier guarding system protecting the machines round the clock.
