The Goa executive committee of Congress has demanded that all the offshore and on shore casinos be shut  down.

AICCGeneral SecretaryGirish Chodankar said that Goa’s name and culture has been destroyed due to Casinos.

Thus casinos should be stopped. He suggested that Goa Government should look out for an alternate source of revenue, but not throughCasinos.
