When power connection gets transferred with a fake affidavit…

What if you suddenly come to know that your Electricity connection has been transferred to somebody else’s name?
And what if you are informed that this happened due to an affidavit given in your own name without you even knowing it?
This happened to Sachin Desai from Cancona who has now filed a complaint with the Vigilance department and Chief Engineer of the Electricity Department.
This is Sachin Purshottam Desai from Palolem Cancona with the copy of document based on which he claims his electricity connection was transferred.
This is the copy he managed to get from the office of Electricity department under RTI.
He claims he had never submitted any such documents and says the affidavit is forged. He has demanded an enquiry in this matter.
