Truck Association wants either speed governors or GPS for mining trucks

Newly formed truck owners association involved with ferrying ore for Goan mines have demanded that the government keep either GPS navigation or speed governors for mining trucks but not both.

Members of association had a meeting at Bicholim on Saturday to discuss the problems faced by mining truck drivers and owners.

President of the association Vital gawasa said that the government should look into this matter as installing both systems is very expensive and will affect their business.
