Supreme Court order not fully implemented in payment of salaries to Home Guards

The Supreme Court had ordered implementation of Seventh Pay Commission recommendations. 

The Goa Home Guards are being paid for 28 days in a month. 

The Supreme Court had ordered that the Home Guards be paid as per the Central Seventh Pay Commission recommendations after a contempt petition was filed.
