Police take prompt action at oil spill site in Cuncoli

Oil from a tanker spilled on the road at Cuncoli on Wednesday.

Police came to the site and spread mud and cautioned motorists.

Personnel from the Fire and Emergency Services arrived after the police.

The incident took place at around 10 pm on Wednesday at a sharp bend on the National Highway 17.

Prompt police arrival prevented any mishaps.
