Para teachers hold dharna over regularization

All Goa Para Teachers Association is protesting against the government for not regularizing them even after 12 years.



All 133 were part of the dharnas outside the secretariat, the BJP office and chief minister’s residence on Wednesday.

They alleged that instead of the government and the BJP fulfilling their promises, they were issued new contracts and transfers.

The Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar has promised to meet them by the 21st of the month. For last three years these teachers have been demanding full time job after wrkingofr 12 years. 

Now after teachers are given contractual job for five months. The teachers said that have said they are not going to withdraw their strike until their demands are fulfilled.
