Lesser amount of rains compared to last year has resulted in the delay in filling up of the Anjune dam reservoir in Keri Sattari.

The WRD officials are predicting that by next week, the dam will be filled to its capacity at which they start releasing water.

The picturesque views at the Anjunem dam are very eye catching.

It has almost filled to little more than 90 meters. However, it is still to reach the actual level of 91 meters on which the department starts opening the gates of the dam.
