Kill the lizards and we’ll have more crocodiles: Amrut Singh

People are hunting monitor lizards. And due to this, the number of crocodiles is on a rise in Goa. 

He further said this has in turn adversely affected the food chain in nature.

Amrut Singh has appealed  to people to stop hunting monitor lizards.

He was speaking at Ona in Bicholim  after rescuing a 7 foot crocodile on Friday morning. 

Members of Animal Rescue Squad in Bicholim rescued the reptile.
