GST, demonetization led to job losses: trade union body

 AITUC was up in arms against the government’s policies accusing it of failing the workers. 

Trade and Workers Union leader Christopher Fonseca spoke to the gathering about the introduction of GST and New currency notes and how it had led to termination of jobs and small businesses.

He demanded the government respond immediately to the demands of the workers union.
