Cyclists demand separate cycling laneson highways

A group of amateur cyclists from Salcete under the banner of Xaxti Riders have demanded separate Cycle lanes all along the highway and internal roads of Madgao. They say a separate lanelane is must for ensuring safety of the cyclists.

 The riders of Saxtti have organized the second edition of Xaxti 100 Cycle race across the Salcete taluka on Sunday 19^th November.

It will be flagged off at 6.45 in the morning at Ravindra Bhavan Madgao. Around 150 cyclists are participating in the event.
