SGPDA dump yard catches fire

The site earlier hosted a biogas plant but now it was not in use.

Lately, it had become  a dumping place for scrap and dry waste.

There were handcarts, metal scrap, thermocole boxes and disused biogas plant.

Locals from the area managed to bring the fire under control before the  fire personnel from Madgao fire station arrived on the scene and finished the job.
