Pillion rider crushed under truck wheels in Vasco

This time right in the city of Vasco at the St Andrews junction. Pillon rider Dilip Dongrekar died on the spot after he was crushed under the wheels of a moving truck.

Dilip Dongrekar was a pillion rider on a Dio Bike rode by Prasad Kantak.

At St Andrew's junction, he lost balance. While Kantak fell on the right hand side, the pillion rider Dongrekar fell under the rear tyre of a dumper truck.

The truck driver fled from the scene. Vasco Police rushed to the site and diverted the traffic.
