Fire personnel rescue two boys from Valvanti river

Two boys who had gone for swimming in Valvanti River in Bicholim nearly got drowned on Tuesday. They were saved by fire personnel .
The incident took place at around 7 in the evening. When Babuli and Pradosh Gaonkar stepped in the Valvanti river, there was a sudden rise in water level.
The boys could not come out.
When some onlookers saw them struggling, they called up the Fire Department. The firefighters rushed to site and rescued them.
