Hope of cruise tourism dashed as Norwegian cruise ship offloads 502 seafarers at Goa

Future of cruise tourism appears bleak as a fresh set of seafarers was offloaded at Goa port on Thursday.
This development comes as everyone was looking forward to revival of cruise tourism.
According to Senior Manager of JM Baxi Govind D Pernulkar, cruise
vessel "Norwegian Encore" arrived at MPT with 2,533
seafarers of different nationalities, including 502 Indian crew of
which around 250 were Goans.
