Farmagudi engineering college wins inter collegiate chess, TT championship

Goa Engineering College, Farmagudi emerged champions in disciplines of Table Tennis in the Men’s Category and in Chess in Men’s and Women’s categories at the Inter - Collegiate Championship 2019-20. The event was organised by Goa University and held at Peddem and University complex recently.

The winners in Table Tennis are Rohit Naik, Anish Rane, Prathamesh Dhulapkar, Amey Naik (captain) and Shaikh Abdul.

The winners of Chess Competition are Datta Kambli, Aniket Prabhu, Ritviz Parab, Tatvesh Sawant, Shubham Sawaikar, Ved Bhobe. GEC was also the runnerup in Badminton in the men’s category held at Peddem and organized by Goa University.
