Seminar on Konkani in Eight Schedule ends

Konkani won't spread if we won't take the entire benefits was what Professor Dr. Nandakumar Kamat a well known thinker and researcher, said during the closing ceremony of the two day seminar on 25th year of inclusion of Konkani in 8th Schedule.



 He also appealed pro-Konkani youth to frame a manifesto and take it to the panchayat, Zilla Parishad and Lok Sabha level.


Sahitya Academy and Directorate of Higher Education had organised a two days seminar on 25th year of inclusion of Konkani in 8th Schedule.


Various subjects were discussed in this seminar.


Nandakumar Kamat spoke in one of the seminar.


Hema Naik and Dilip Borkar shared their thoughts.


Shantaram Walawalkar, Prakash Vazrikar, Bhushan Bhave and Krishna Kimbuhane were present during the closing ceremony.
