Heavy rains to continue for more three days

Heavy rains will lash the Konkan till 7^th August, while other areas in Maharshtra and other states would receive heavy rains till 6 August.

The Konkan coastlines such as Raigad, Ratnagiri, Sindhudurga and Goa are receiving heavy rainfalls from Tuesday night.

Low lying areas have been flooded and tranport in some parts were disrupted due to tree falling incidents.

The sub-urban area of west Mumbai is also experiencing heavy rainfall.

Dadar, Parel area are most affected. In last 12 hours various parts of Mumbai was hit by heavy rains.

Rivers have crossed warning signs and situation at most places is bad due to floods.

Floods like situation are still prevailing in Bihar. NDRF team has continued their rescue operations.
