Dogs killed at Vasco's Santre beach, police complaint filed

Up in arms, NGO People For Animals filed a police complaint demanding action against the culprits.

PFA's Steffan Johnson said that he had initially approached the Vasco Police station to file a complaint.

But was told to approach Verna police station. However the Verna police then directed him back to Vasco.

Johnson said that it was important to register a complain so that the post mortem can be done to ascertain the reason of the deaths.
