Consumer safety is very important: Govind

Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Govind Gaude said creating awareness about consumer safety and security is very important. He said if a gas cylinder explodes it not only puts the life of the person using it but others around her or him in danger.

Govind was addressing the gathering at State Consumer Rights Day celebrations in Panaji on Tuesday.

The function was organized by the Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs at Sanskruti Bhavan. Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Minister Govind Gaude was the chief guest on the occasion.
