The constant hikes in petrol and diesel prices and now LPG prices have created disquiet among people all over the state.

Now an NGO, Chinchinim Citizens Forum has threatened to come out on the road if the government does not take any steps to reduce the price of fuel items.

The forum also wants the government to restore the LPG subsidy.

Chinchinim Citizens Forum has written to the chief minister bringing to his notice the skyrocketing prices of fuel.

In recent days, not only the petrol and diesel prices have skyrocketed but to add more discomfort to the common man LPG price too has started burning the common man's pockets.
