There is constitutional crisis in Goa: GPCC chief

GPCC president Shantram Naik has said there is a constitutional crisis in Goa. He said there is no chief minister in the state as he is abroad and he has not handed over his charge to any specific person.



Shantaram was answering a reporter’s question as to how the mining imbroglio will be sorted out.

He said the chief minister has constituted a three-member committee but has not delegated powers to any specific person.
