Rajasthan Crisis: Pilot expelled, Gehlot takes first round

The ongoing crisis in Rajasthan has exposed the rift in the Congress within the youth brigade and the old veterans. Sachin Pilot, has been expelled from the party. But he has made a statement that he is not joining the BJP.

Reports indicate that there has been quite an exodus at the grass root level from the Congress as a result of this.

Pilot rebuilt the party and the Congress returned to power. However, old warhorse Ashok Gehlot ws made CM.

Pilot was considered to be Rahul Gandhi's man.

On Wednesday, he has openly stated that after Rahul stepped down as president he was target and humiliated by the old guard in the Congress.
