Madgao Cong councilors smell Ghotala in Fest sopo

Madgao councilors belonging to opposition Congress smell major ghotala in sopo collection of stalls of Madgao fest. According to them, there are 700 stalls, but sopo collection shown only 74 stalls. They questioned MMC Chief Officer in this regard.

The annual fest of Our Lady of Immaculate Conception has started. Congress led Councilor Dores Texeria says every year contractor collects huge amount of sopo from the stall-owners.

But never the full amount is paid. Madgao chief officer has now assured them to provide all the details.
