Goa Forward’s Pooja files nomination for Madgao Chairperson

 The post had fallen vacant after Babita Prabhudesai had resigned.

On 8^th November Margao Chairperson Babita Prabhudessai had resigned during the controversy of installing Jack Sequiera statue and naming a road after former chief minister late. Manohar Parrikar.

Babita decided to step down after city fathers of Congress and BJP joined hands to end two-year regime of Goa Forward.

She said she has not changed her stand of Jack Sequeira statue and Pooja Naik would carry her legacy forward.
