Cong attacks Power Minister on threat to Claude

Congress said that they will file a case criminal case against Cabral, and warned that if anything happens to Claude or his family then Cabral and the BJP government will be responsible.

Claude and Goa Foundation has been in the forefront of the fight against illegal mining and many decisions by the state government not in line with the law.

Most have been upheld by the apex court which has castigated the government for not following properly laid out procedures in mining matters.
