Bailancho Ekvott slams Pratima for trying to get her name dropped from Pocso case

Bailancho Ekvott has appealed to media not to cover cases booked under POCSO Act 2012 alleging that the NGO said media's role was clearly mentioned in the Act.
The NGO slammed Mahila Congress president Pratima for capitalising on the Sanguem molestation case for personal publicity.
Mahila Congress President Pratima Coutinho has been chargesheeted for disclosing the identity of minor victim in the Sanguem molestation case.
The incident took place on the 29th of June 2018.
Bailancho Ekvott said Patima should get her name cleared rather than trying to get her name dropped from the case.
