The outspoken and often controversial and chief spokesperson of the Goa Forward has submitted his resignation from the primary membership of the party on Sunday.

He was issued a show cause notice by his high command after he attacked the party and the party president Vijai Sardesai on the issue of not supporting whistle blower on the Formalin in fish issue, Dr Iva Fernandes.

He said that it was because she stood firm that checks on fish were initiated.

Trajano replied to the show cause notice issued to him by party vice president Dilip Prabhudesai.

In the show cause party had defended itself saying that it was no way connected to FDA and so it had nothing to do to with the alleged harassment of the FDA scientist. He also accused the party of being in the government because of packages.
