Not only people from Mandrem and Shiroda constituencies are upset over Dayanand Sopte and Subhash Shirodkar defecting to the BJP. People of Salcete have also condemned the act.
Navelim villagers have raised their ire over the defection game beginning once again in Goa by power hungry politicians.
Navelim constituency is today represented by Congress MLA Luizinho Faleiro.
Two prominent citizens have appealed to GPCC president Girish Chodankar to field young and honest candidates in party by throwing out such old opportunist leaders.
