North Goa BJP candidate Shirpad Naik has refuted the allegations made by Congress that he has not done any development during his tenure as MP.

Naik said people wouldn't have elected him for continuous four terms if he had not done any works.

He doesn’t need Congress certificate.

Sitting MP and Ayush Minister Shripad Naik told media that he was able to score hat-trick in Lok Sabha election as people trusted in him.

While contesting his third term there was Congress in State and Centre and there were many efforts to defeat him. But looking at his work, people elected him for the third time.

He left it to the people to decide whether he has worked or not.

Chief Minister Dr. Pramod Sawant said they visited each panchayat of 20 constituencies in North Goa and his 100% sure of North Goa victory.

Though some have raised doubts over South Goa, he claims that picture is clear now that BJP is also winning South Goa seat.

Shripad Naik had adpoted Ibrampur village in Pedne taluka under Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojna.

He has published the works taken in Ibrampur in the progress report.

But AAP alleges that Naik has forged his progress report.

AAP spokesperson Valmiki Naik said Shripad Naik was confronted by Ibrampur villagers for not doing any works mentioned in the progress report.

He had to apologize to them.
