‘Parrikar returns on Thursday, back to work from Friday’

The wait is over and so are the speculations. BJP President Vinay Tendulkar has informed that Chief Minister Manohar Parrikar will return to Goa on Thursday night. It seems he will be back in his office from Friday.

It has been 2 months since the cabinet meeting was last held in Goa. The Cabinet Advisory Committee was appointed as a recommendatory body but with very little powers.

The opposition has been targeting Parrikar over his absence in the state for over 100 days now. On Wednesday the Congress called this CAC a farce.
