Indira's birth anniversary observed; DGP Nanda's death condoled

At Congress House in Panaji and in Margao , Congressmen paid rich tributes to the former prime minister for her contribution to the nation. They offered floral tributes to her.

Meanwhile, Goa Police prayed for the soul of former DGP late Pranab Nanda who expired last Friday after suffering a cardiac arrest.

A Shantipath and Shok Sabha were organised at Police headquarters ground in Panaji on Tuesday. Nanda had taken charge on 1^st March this year.
