Sonsodo decision after legal advice: MMC chief

Margao Municipal Council Chairperson Babita Angle said decision would be taken on Sonsodo after talking with legal experts.

Sonsoddo garbage dump has been an eyesore for margaoites and there does not seem to be any solution to the every increasing garbage.

Fomento Green has threatened MMC to stop the functioning of Sonsodo if mount due was not paid.

Babita says MMC has earlier given Fomento 2.4 crores.
