Quepem civic body opposes housing complex

This project  will have 92 buildings. 

The Prime Ministers Awas Yojna scheme aims to provide affordable housing to the urban poor, by constructing 2 crore houses by 2020.

But Quepem councillors have opposed this in Quepem as they say that it is impossible for 92 buildings to be constructed before checking if its possible to provide water and electricity to them.
