Cuncolim Council passes resolution to replace chief officer

Cuncolim Municipal Council has passed a resolution requesting the Directorate of Municipal Administration to replace the Chief officer as he has not been attending the office even once a week.

The council said no certificate, including birth or death, can be issued in the absence of the chief officer.

Chief Office Kapil Phadte of Cuncolim Municipal Council already has additional charges as the chief officer of the Curchorem-Cacora Municipal Council and Ravindra bhavan Margao.
