Why speedy hearings of CM’s Mundkar case? Asks Congress

12 Dec 2019 05:02 PM

Chief minister’s mundkar case is heard thrice in a month, but other mundkar cases come up for hearing once in three months. Why this discrimination? Congress has raised objection to this. It has also demanded speedy disposal of over four thousand cases pending before different mamlatdars all across Goa.

According to Congress, chief minister Dr Pramod Sawant has filed an application of mundkar case before Bicholim mamlatdar when his father is alive.

The land owner’s name is also not mentioned. Congress smacks a scandal in this. Trajano D’Mello and Adv Srinivas Khalap were also present at this press conference.
