Veroda govt building in pathetic shape

Veroda government power house quarters are in very bad shape complain locals. They say that nobody has done anything about this building for past 40 years. They say that in case this building was properly maintained at least somebody would have been able to stay there. They say tha the government should repair this and then maintain it.
