On Tuesday Congress block committees of Priol, Marcaim, Shiroda and Ponda met Electricity department's executive engineer in Ponda to raise issue of electricity bills.

Congress is raising issue of hefty power bills regularly. They allege that the power department officials do not have time to listen to people's grievances.

The motto is - First pay bills and than talk officials .

Ponda's Executive Engineer gave same explanation behind the hefty tariffs.

He is parroting his ministers chorus - bills have increased as people stayed home.
