ROADS HOT MIXED 3 MONTH AGO

While the Panjim MLA Atanasio Monserrate has admitted to the bad condition of the roads, the PWD is yet to take ground action as citizens now have to deal with flooded and worn-down roads. 

The main road from the entrance of the sports department leading up to Miramar has deteriorated just 3 months after being hot mixed. The quality of work done here clearly shows the quality of materials and workmanship undertaken as tax payer money is being washed away with the rains. While Panjim MLA Atanasio Monserrate has acknowledged the bad roads in the city, the PWD is yet to take any sort of action.

 The road near Caranzalem circle too is in a dire state with water stagnating despite little to no rain. Gutters were also seen flooding onto the road – a mix of rain water and sewage.
