Parking ghotala in Mapusa: AAP up in arms

There is literally an extortion racket going on in Mapusa because of people’s needs.

At a parking lot in Mapusa there is selective charging for parking slots. Some get charged 10 rupees and others 50 rupees.

The Aam Admi Party in Mapusa has highlighted how the tourists and locals are being cheated on Vehicle parking on Taxi stand and other allotted parking places.

They have alleged that the Mapusa Municipality is not doing anything about these illegalities.

When Goa365 reached the Mapusa Taxi we found that some people are being charged more, some 50 rupees or some 10 or 20 rupees where the on the parking ticket 20 rs was printed.

When Goa365 met the ticket collector and caught him redhanded he started the blame game ploy. 

AAP wants MMC to wake up.

They want ticket contractor removed and someone new appointed.

AAP also alleged that MMC and the concerned authority is not doing anything with regards to the security and safety of the public.
