Milk producers in financial crises, Bicholim milkman slam Goa Dairy

The milk producers from Bicholim has bitterly criticized the shoddy administration of Goa Dairy. They alleged that milk producers are already in loss due hike in fodder and improper milk rates. Goa Dairy has completely turned blind eye on the milk producers of Bicholim.
