Why are railway reservation applications coming out in Kannada? Vascoites have questioned? They should come out in either the national language or the local language along with English they have demanded. 

Locals are upset after noticing the use of Kannada language on railway seat booking forms at the Vasco railway office. Their point is 80 per cent people in Goa speak in Konkani, which is the official language then why the use of  Kannada in the reservation form? If not in Konkani, the text should at least come in Hindi. Along with the station master, copies of the memorandum have also been distributed to the Chief Minister and Mormugoa and Vasco MLAs.

 Earlier, the forms had text in English on the front side and Hindi on the back. But suddenly the Kannada language can be seen instead of Hindi. And when this happened no one knows. They also brought this to the attention of the station master. Listen
