Major traffic chaos ensued on Thursday morning starting from Porvorim’s secretariat to Panjim city. At the peak hour, city routes were blocked with barricades, forcing travelers to wait until the afternoon. Some say the traffic was due to Atal setu being closed, whereas some blame the smart city.
