Protests sparks across Goa over rising fuel prices

Enough is enough! Modi Sarkar, these are the common words of common people on high fuel prices. People along with politicians are out in protests against the Modi government who had made cheap fuel one of the main agendas of his polls. Congress held demonstrations across Goa to condemn government on rising fuel prices.

Petrol in rest states has crossed 100 ruppes per litre mark. In Goa it is 93.73 rupees per litre.   But looking at continuous hikes it is very likely to hit a century soon. Only one question is being asked why the government is expeditiously increasing fuel prices when there is sharp decline in international crude oil prices. Fuel is a daily necessity.

Most people are paying for   fuel through their nose as people have lost their income, jobs due to the covid-19 pandemic
