The Wholesale Fish Market Association trader had submitted a memorandum to the FDA asking that Iva Fernands be put in charge of checking of formalin in fish and fish be tested at all markets.

On Monday the Wholesale Fish Market Association traders had held a public meeting in the capital city, where they had made some demands.
