Opa water turns muddy, Ponda locals complain

Ponda locals receive muddy water through their taps supplied from Opa water treatment plant. They says the PWD falsely claim that it is due to heavy showers.
An activist says a stream that flows nearby has clean water while the river that brings water from upstream mines is muddy. Opa supplies drinking water to Ponda and Tiswadi talukas.
