Irony! Govt building without security

The concerned citizen group of Vasco has raised serious concerns over the way MMC has been neglecting the maintenance and security aspect of its own administrative building which houses a school owned by the municipality.

This is an irony of sorts, two months ago some miscreants had damaged the windows of the municipal building.

Locals allege, after the incident, they have spotted few anti-social elements after the office hours.

Despite repeatedly bringing this issue to the notice, MMC has even failed to deploy a security guard during night hours.

This also raises serious concerns over the safety aspects of school that operates form same building.
