Cuncolim locals up in arms over water dept apathy, threaten to come on roads

This water pipe has been damaged for a couple of months now.

Complaints have been made and PWD officials have visited the site.

Locals say that officials have only made some temporary arrangements to control the water leakage like reducing the water pressure.

But this is counterproductive as then houses after damaged water pipe are starved of water.
