The formalin in fish issue is set to reach the judiciary with the Congress threatening to approach the courts if no action is taken by the government against the guilty.

The Congress is all set to move the court against the government on Formalin controversy.
It has accused the FDA director of tampering with evidence and want her removed immediately. It also took a pot shot at an eminent cancer specialist and his recent statements.
